There are significant benefits to using our INOX grade ultra –thin Cutting wheels over competitor products including a very fast cut. When cutting stainless sheet metal, for example, our 0.8mm 5” wheel cuts so fast there is considerably less clean up work required as less heat is generated – reducing discoloring. Our 1mm x 75mm INOX grade cutting discs used on a standard air tool are excellent for cutting car panels as they are fast cutting are so thin they remove very little material from the cut allowing for easier more accurate welded joins – especially helpful on getting a great result on curved surfaces
